Shipping policy

All orders placed through Solitwod, including both in-stock and pre-order items, are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Pre-order items require additional production time, and estimated shipping timelines will be clearly listed at the time of purchase; by placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended wait period. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which may take 24–48 hours to update. Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed, and Solitwod is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Returned packages due to address errors will incur an additional shipping fee for reshipment. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Solitwod is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries.
